Billing Analyst, Junior
About the role
You have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including invoice processing, SOX auditing assistance, project analysis and reconciliation, AR collections assistance, and document retention.
- Prepare monthly invoices and monitor, reconcile, and report on unbilled balances.
- Provide support to the Collections team.
- Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents.
- Communicate and correspond directly with internal and external clients regarding invoicing inquiries.
- Prepare check requests for client refunds.
Requirements
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with accounting or billing in a professional work environment
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with managing multiple deliverables
- Ability to display strict attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to be a team player, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements
- Customer service focus
Skills
- Experience with billing requirements
- Experience with a Finance or Accounting enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint billing module
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD).
