Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit client invoices according to contractual agreementsManage a high-volume billing workload of approximately 125-200 invoices per weekGather and validate billing information from multiple sourcesReview invoice data for accuracy before submissionResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and errorsProcess debit and credit memos as neededFollow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections effortsSend payment reminders and communicate with customers regarding account balancesSupport vendor onboarding and vendor management activitiesAssist with vendor invoice processing and payment authorization workflowsReconcile billing and payment information within accounting systemsCollaborate with accounting and finance teams to support month-end processes What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5 years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experienceExperience managing high-volume invoice processingStrong understanding of billing operations and collections processesVendor onboarding and vendor management experienceProficiency in Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related fieldExperience with Sage Intacct or another ERP systemExperience using UKGKnowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processesExperience utilizing:VLOOKUPsPivot TablesSpreadsheet-based data analysis Technology Environment Experience With The Following Is Highly Valued Sage Intacct (or comparable ERP platform)Google SheetsUKGBilling and invoicing systemsAccounts Receivable systems Work Environment 100% RemoteMust be available to work Pacific Time business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PT)Collaborative accounting team led by the ControllerOpportunity to work closely with finance leadership and accounting professionals Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently manage billing operations from invoice creation through payment collection.
