Billing Analyst

Position Title: Billing Analyst Location: Herndon, VA – Onsite Assignment Type: Temp-to-Permanent Compensation: $23/hour | Up to $55,000 upon conversion Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Key Responsibilities Support accounts receivable and billing activitiesDeposit and post customer paymentsFollow up on past-due customer accountsCommunicate with customers by phone and email regarding outstanding invoicesResearch and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and deductionsReconcile customer accounts to outstanding balancesMaintain accurate customer account recordsAssist with resolving customer billing and payment issuesWork closely with internal team members to support departmental goalsUtilize internal billing systems and accounting platformsPerform additional accounting duties as assigned by management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required1+ years of accounting experience requiredAccounts receivable or billing experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookComfortable learning and working within complex accounting or billing systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-service-oriented approachAbility to work independently with limited supervisionHigh level of initiative and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
