Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain updated records regarding insurance defense rates and billing guidelines.
- Manage the case intake process; intake and onboard cases into the appropriate systems as needed.
- Ensure databases are up to date; perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Enforce and educate legal staff on case administration processes.
- Create new matters in various platforms, including accounting software, document management software, and e-billing platforms where applicable.
- Communicate with attorneys and adjusters to secure additional information relating to case openings and closings.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of law firm experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel

Travel
5-10% domestic travel by car and plane.
