We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About the role (first paragraph describing role). Responsibilities (explicit heading). Requirements (explicit heading). Qualifications? Not separate; maybe "Qualifications" could be covered by Requirements? The posting includes "Requirements" and also "A degree in journalism or communications is preferred." That's qualification. Could combine under Requirements. But we need to follow rule: include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits (the benefits paragraph), Pay (salary estimate), Schedule (work schedule: onsite 4 days, 1 remote, west coast hours, after-hours/weekend expected). Also maybe Skills? Not explicit separate; but we could treat some as Skills but better not to create thin sections. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some boilerplate like "It’s All About You… PMC's comprehensive benefits package..." That's benefits. Also includes "As Billboard values in-person collaboration..." that's schedule/remote. Also includes "About Billboard" and "About Penske Media Corporation" which is company description; maybe we could include as "About the company" but not required heading list. The instruction only lists specific headings; we could add "About the company" but not in list; better to omit or incorporate into About the role? Probably we should omit company description as not requested heading. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; but we can embed that info in a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section not in list? The instruction says use headings only for those sections; we could still include other info as paragraphs without heading. So we can include a paragraph about Billboard and PMC after About the role. We must not include duplicated lines. Need to extract responsibilities list: daily coverage of all aspects and genres of Latin music as well as pop or pop culture stories. Coverage includes Latin and mainstream music news, including interviews and industry stories, for Billboard.com and Billboardespanol.com. Productivity averages between 3-5 stories per day at a minimum, plus translating stories from English to Spanish. Will be able to translate copy primarily from English to Spanish but also Spanish to English. Will work daily with Billboard Español and Billboard copy and editorial staff to ensure all published stories meet Billboard’s exacting editorial standards. Will be part of a tight-knight, highly productive Latin team, but is also expected to work and collaborate with all verticals and departments in Billboard, notably the Billboard.com team. Will work closely with Billboard’s video production and social media teams to cross-pollinate content and create original content as needed. Video experience is a plus. We need to put these as
  • items. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of music reporting experience. Candidates without written reporting experience in a newsroom will not be considered. A fully bilingual journalist who lives comfortably in between the two worlds: mainstream and Latino-centric; Spanish and English. Impeccable spoken and written Spanish and English are a must. A writing and edit test will be administered. AI use is only permitted for research. It is NOT permitted in day-to-day writing, either in the writing test or in any writing on the job. A degree in journalism or communications is preferred. Fast, clear writer, passionate about trends, charts and breaking news. Multiple stories a day are expected. Possess a roll-up-your-sleeves, scrappy mentality and exhibit the adaptability and resourcefulness of someone who wants to win. We are constantly learning how to do things bigger and better. Ability to work across mediums and formats: While this is a writing first position, our candidate will be expected to be on camera, interview artists on video and audio and be active on social media, including Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Passion and understanding of the Billboard brand and mission of delivering high-quality consumer and business news. Passionate and knowledgeable about music and music business in general and Latin music in particular, with keen interest in all genres of Latin music. A multi-tasker and collaborator for whom no job is too big or too small, who can work with many teams across many departments. Fascinated by the business of music, including the players and the money driving it behind the scenes. Flexibility with work hours that will likely involve time outside the 9-to-5 weekday hours. Off-shift work and work during weekends and after hours is expected and required. We can list as bullet points. Benefits: PMC-Paid Healthcare with no employee paycheck contributions on medical, dental, and vision for you and your family. PMC also offers Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care & Commuter), an Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, and a 401(k) Retirement Plan with an Employer match. PMC prioritizes in-person collaboration and does not offer remote-only roles. Pay: A good faith estimate of the salary is $72k upon hire. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. If you have more or less experience than specified on this job posting, please apply and list your salary expectations. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors). Schedule: As Billboard values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. Also mention west coast hours, after-hours and weekend coverage expected and required. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

Then maybe a paragraph about Billboard and PMC? Could add after About the role as a separate

but not under a heading. We'll include.
