Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative (FULL-TIME)
About the role
MCI is seeking a Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, recommending products and services, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Spanish.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value.
- Explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Address customer questions and overcome objections confidently.
- Process orders and accurately document customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal communication and sales skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Prior bilingual sales, customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or contact center experience preferred.
- Experience meeting sales targets and working in a commission or incentive-based environment.
