Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered. Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) may receive additional starting pay.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You’ll guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, helping them choose the latest devices and services that bring communities closer together. Your role will also involve participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commission.
• Engage with the community through events and outbound calls.
• Fulfill online orders and assist customers during store hours (9am–9pm, including weekends).
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends (monthly seniority-based schedules provided 2 weeks in advance).
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—training and coaching will be provided.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Eligible hires may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments: $3,000 after 6 months, $3,000 after 9 months, and $4,000 after 1 year of employment. Bonus eligibility requires remaining in good standing and employed for at least 12 months.
