Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Earnings range from $15.76 - $18.32 per hour plus up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
