Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role is a plus.
• Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Pay

Earnings range from $21.71-23.58 per hour, plus a bonus of $13,700 if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, allowing top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
