Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Earn between $52,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.

Schedule

This is a fast-paced environment, working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
