Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About the role
We’re seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who can make meaningful connections with customers. This role offers the opportunity to work with AT&T’s full suite of products, from devices to personalized services, and includes additional starting pay for bilingual candidates.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls
- Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Be adaptable to changing technology and customer needs
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus

Pay
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.9375 - $19.175 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, allowing top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. The position involves working between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
