Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You'll guide customers through options using a consultative approach, working with AT&T's full suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product options
• Participate in community events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• No prior sales experience necessary; training provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Pay

Earnings range from $16.25 - $17.65 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions, depending on performance and meeting sales goals.

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
