About the Opportunity

The Bilingual (Spanish) Phone Outreach Associate engages prospective members and communicates the organization's maternal support services and membership process. This fully remote role serves as an important point of contact for expectant mothers, helping them understand available programs, determine eligibility, and complete enrollment. The position contributes to expanding access to comprehensive maternal health support for communities that need it most.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members and assess their needs.
• Explain the organization's services, programs, and membership process.
• Answer questions about program offerings and eligibility requirements.
• Register new members and schedule initial appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in databases.
• Document member interactions and relevant information as required.
• Collaborate with team members to share member feedback and identify opportunities to improve outreach.
• Provide a welcoming and supportive experience throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in a call center, sales, community outreach, customer service, or related role.
• Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology, digital platforms, and database systems.
• Ability to work independently and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to follow established procedures and directions.

Pay

Compensation range of $22–$28 per hour, based on relevant experience.
