Bilingual (Spanish) Phone Outreach Associate
About Us
Nadia Care is working to drastically change the experience of underserved, Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities by reimagining how we deliver meaningful and compassionate care to expectant moms. Our mission is to improve pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey for women and their families by providing trust-based engagement and wrap-around support. We help our members with care navigation, doula support, lactation assistance, nutrition, housing, transportation, and a wide range of other needs, leveraging technology to meet moms where they are.
We ensure trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace primary obstetrician or doctor relationships but supports expectant mothers with health-related social needs not typically available through doctors’ offices.
Our Values
- Empathy: We center the experiences of the mothers and families we serve and support one another.
- Collaboration: We achieve the greatest impact by working together, sharing knowledge, and elevating each other’s strengths.
- Resilience: We push through challenges, adapt in a fast-changing environment, and remain committed to our mission.
