Bilingual Spanish Life Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

Carta Business Group is seeking motivated bilingual professionals to help individuals and families understand their life insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Identify the insurance needs of individuals and families.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Maintain timely communication and follow-up with clients.
• Participate in professional training, coaching and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and conversational or professional English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motored, responsible and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable with performance-based sales.
• Must have an active California life insurance license or be willing and eligible to obtain one.
• Reliable internet connection, computer and telephone.
• Previous experience in sales, insurance or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor 1099 opportunity with compensation based 100% on commissions and performance bonuses.
