Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative English/Spanish

Job Overview

Farmers Insurance District 04 is growing and seeks a bilingual English/Spanish sales professional.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand insurance options for auto, home, life, business, and related products
• Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and build referral relationships
• Support Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients with professionalism and care
• Participate in training, licensing support, and sales coaching
• Learn agency systems, customer service, retention, and local marketing
• Work toward measurable sales and activity goals

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Property & Casualty license required (or we can guide you to getting licensed)
• Life & Health license a plus
• Sales, customer service, banking, mortgage, real estate, or insurance background helpful
• Strong phone, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, coachable, and community-minded
• Interest in long-term growth within the insurance industry

Compensation

Base compensation plus commission opportunity. Licensing support and advancement opportunities may be available for qualified candidates (once licensed).
