What You'll Do

• Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Be self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Show professional presentation and consultative sales approach
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Accurately maintain customer records using agency CRM systems
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry regulations
• Help clients with various types of insurance including: Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Life Insurance, Umbrella Insurance, Business Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, General Liability Insurance

Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude, professional presentation and consultative sales approach, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team, valid driver's license and reliable transportation for meeting clients within your market
• Preferred: Experience in Insurance Sales, Outside Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Customer Service, Banking, Retail Sales, Account Management, Real Estate, Consultative Sales, Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License
