Insurance Sales Representative
About the role
The G. Gonzalez Agency Farmers Insurance is seeking a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license, at least 1 year of Insurance Sales Experience, and a track record of success.
Responsibilities
- Call and connect with given leads.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Offer and bundle additional products to close a high percentage of the given leads.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact into Data.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
- Minimum 1 year Insurance Sales Experience.
- Track Record of Success, be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and close ratio).
- Complete the assessment as soon as possible.
- We will be willing and are open to discuss compensation arrangements.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
