Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Life Insurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Calculate needed coverages and present payment options.
• Build collaborative relationships with prospects through networking, member lists, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Recommend customized risk management strategies to fit each client’s needs.
• Handle administrative tasks related to new business.
• Clearly explain the advantages and disadvantages of each policy.
• Implement marketing strategies to stay competitive.
• Answer client questions and resolve insurance-related concerns.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) – required
• Life/Health license – required
• 1–3 years’ experience in insurance sales
• Strong knowledge of Term, Whole Life, IUL, and Final Expense products
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in insurance management systems
• Self-motivated with the grit to succeed in a high-activity sales role
