About the role

Estrella Business Solutions Group is seeking experienced Life & Annuities Sales Agents who are fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team of independent insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales activities, community outreach, networking, referrals, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate life insurance and annuity solutions.
  • Present personalized insurance recommendations based on each client's financial goals.
  • Negotiate policy options and guide clients through the application process.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Manage sales administration, including maintaining accurate client records and policy documentation using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and applicable industry regulations.
  • Follow up after the sale to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for referrals and additional coverage.

Qualifications

  • Active Life Insurance License in good standing.
  • Experience selling Life Insurance and Annuity products.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven insurance sales experience.
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
