About the role
Estrella Business Solutions Group is seeking experienced Life & Annuities Sales Agents who are fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team of independent insurance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales activities, community outreach, networking, referrals, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate life insurance and annuity solutions.
- Present personalized insurance recommendations based on each client's financial goals.
- Negotiate policy options and guide clients through the application process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Manage sales administration, including maintaining accurate client records and policy documentation using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and applicable industry regulations.
- Follow up after the sale to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for referrals and additional coverage.
Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License in good standing.
- Experience selling Life Insurance and Annuity products.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proven insurance sales experience.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
