About the role

The Bilingual Spanish Full Time Teller position at PNC is part of the Parkway Region Retail Banking organization. Based in Newark, NJ, this role requires fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions, educating them on alternatives and referring them to appropriate banking opportunities.
• Identifies and addresses customer needs through meaningful conversations and referrals to branch staff.
• Engages with customers in the lobby to connect with them and promote PNC products.
• Uses technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on managing financial transactions.
• Solves customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Pay

Base Salary: $36,000.00 – $60,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual performance.
