Bilingual Spanish Part Time Teller

Position Overview

PNC is seeking a Part‑Time Teller for the Coit Rd branch in Richardson, TX. The role is in‑office and supports an inclusive workplace culture where employees are respected, valued, and can contribute to the company’s success. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives for their financial needs.
• Identify banking opportunities during interactions and refer customers appropriately.
• Engage lobby customers to connect them with PNC products that meet their needs.
• Leverage technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on managing financial transactions.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a customer‑focused mindset, aligning solutions with customer needs and satisfaction.
• Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: No specific degree, high school diploma, GED, or prior experience required. Prior experience is not required; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

• Language: Spanish speaking – required.
