Bilingual Spanish Direct Support Professional

About the role

Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide in‑home support for seniors. You will work one‑on‑one with clients inside their homes, helping them with daily activities and supporting their personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Accompanying clients to events outside the home.
• Assisting clients with goals as assigned by the Individual Support Team (IST).

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Letter of reference showing at least one year of experience.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• Dedication to professional development, including completion of organizational and state‑required training.
• Compliance with state background‑screening requirements.

Pay
