Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes
- Support them with light housekeeping, including organizing and basic cleaning
- Support them with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
- Accompany your clients to any events outside the home
- Assist your clients with their goals as assigned by the Individual Support Team (IST)
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Letter of reference, showing 1 year of experience
- Access to insured and reliable transportation
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
Qualifications
- Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
