Bilingual Spanish Account Manager

Position Summary

This dynamic role is responsible for managing rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, selling new products to our customers, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early-stage collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
• Standing and driving for extended periods of time

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday–Saturday
• Sundays off plus one weekday off

A Day in the Life of a Delivery Leader

• Customer Service and Sales: Provide friendly, timely and the best customer experience through “white glove” in-store service, with a heart of service. Complete rental agreements as required. Account Management: Review overdue accounts and communicate in person or via telephone with customers to promote timely payments, collect payments from customers and meet daily/weekly collection goals. Customer Service: Make timely service calls so they are assigned. Deliveries & Pickups: Handle vehicles and maintain them according to company policies regarding safe handling, and following local and state laws for a safe vehicle operation. Provide excellent customer service on each delivery, and make them on time. Merchandising: Maintain rental standards and the store, vehicles and products clean and organized thinking about customers and coworkers using the Golden Rule.

What qualifications do we need?

• Diploma of High School or Equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License with Good Driving Record
