About the role

In your role as a Sales Growth and Retention Representative at Acima, you'll be a key player in supporting our dynamic Sales Team across all levels. You'll work diligently to manage your assigned portfolio to drive lease fulfillment to new heights by expanding our network of retail partners and boosting Acima's revenue and lease volume. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to Acima’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the Sales Team, including Sales Leadership, by facilitating collaborative communication to achieve business objectives
  • Strategically manage your assigned portfolio to enhance company lease growth, contributing to overall business success
  • Proactively cultivate and nurture relationships with existing retailer partners in your assigned portfolio, leveraging critical thinking and proactive engagement to drive strong connections
  • Efficiently navigate and maintain essential account information in CRM platforms like Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Lead communication efforts with retailer partners to promote strategic growth campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales leadership

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or account management and customer/merchant services
  • Effective listening skills with the ability to act on what is learned
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present and teach small groups
  • Proven time management skills
  • Critical thinking and decision-making responsibilities
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence positive outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to multitask
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM desired

Expectations

  • Contact 95% of Premier and Managed merchants monthly, ensuring consistent engagement and support
  • Contact a minimum of 100 Support accounts each month, providing timely assistance and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain 100% activity on campaign accounts, ensuring merchants are fully informed and engaged with Acima's promotional initiatives, program updates, spiffs, and other offerings
