Bilingual Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phone
• Aid customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Make data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Follow up on leads and generate sales through outbound calls
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Must speak Spanish and English
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 7-5 or 8-6 p.m.
• One hour lunch and two Saturdays a month (free schedule)
• Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
