Bilingual Remote Collections Agents (El Paso, 9/7 Start)

Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions with over 20 years in FinTech. As a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), we are hiring Bilingual Remote Collections Agents to work from home within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts
• Provide top-tier support and service to customers

Requirements

• Customer service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and typing proficiency, ability to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
• Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18 years or older
• Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning as roles and workflows evolve with AI-enabled tools
• Other qualified experience includes call center, sales, retention, resolution, debt recovery, delinquency, negotiations, or repossessions

Work from Home Requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX
• Designated home-based workspace, preferably quiet and free from distractions
• Wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload (wireless, DSL, and satellite ISPs are incompatible)

Training & Schedule

• Start Date: Monday, September 7, 2026
• Virtual Training: 5 weeks, full-time, mandatory attendance Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-Time Shifts: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
• Saturdays Required: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Pay

• Base pay: $114.25 per hour
• Monthly bonus opportunities
• Verified Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase
