Bilingual Remote Collections Agents (AZ, 9/7 Start)

About the role

This role is a work-from-home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona. Your application will not be considered if you do not meet this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, collecting on accounts that are past due
• Provide top-tier support and service to our customers

Schedule

• Start Date: Monday, September 7, 2026
• Virtual Training: 5 weeks, full-time, mandatory, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; 100% attendance required
• Full-Time Shifts Available: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturdays Required: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM

Pay

• Base pay: $17.00/hour
• Monthly bonus opportunities
• Verified Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase

Requirements

• Customer service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and typing proficiency, ability to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
• Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18 years or older
• Openness to learning and adapting as roles and workflows evolve with AI-enabled tools
• Other qualified experience can include call center, sales, retention, resolution, debt recovery, delinquency, negotiations, or repossessions

Work-from-home requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
• Must have a designated home-based workspace, preferably quiet and free from distractions
• Must have a wired internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload (wireless, DSL, and satellite ISPs are not compatible)
