What You'll Do
- Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
- Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately document interactions in our systems
- Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
- Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- A reliable, detail-oriented work style
Work-From-Home Requirements
- Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
- Quiet, private workspace
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
- Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
- Must meet tech requirements before training begins
