Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit clients at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth.
- Work 2-20 hours weekly in 2-4 hour shifts, starting after 3 pm during the school year and as early as 8:30 am during the summer.
- Services are available any day of the week to accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients.
- Implement and develop interventions from Individual Support Plans, including environmental arrangements, proactive strategies, acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs), and reduction of problem behaviors.
- Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines.
- Comply with service authorization timelines.
- Prevent, recognize, and intervene in crises.
- Follow and implement agency policies.
- Participate in required trainings.

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Initiative to frequently check emails for admin communications
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Pass all state and federal background checks
