Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit clients at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth.
- Work 2-20 hours weekly in 2-4 hour shifts starting after 3 pm during the school year and as early as 8:30 am during the summer.
- Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan.
- Environmental arrangement, proactive strategies, acquisition of functional skills (including ADL’s).
- Reduce problem behaviors and submit visit notes promptly following each session.
- Comply with service authorization timelines and follow agency policies.
- Participate in required trainings and crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention.
- Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
- Able to work in the U.S.
- Complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Working towards Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Have at least one year of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
- Pass all state and federal background checks.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates encouraged to apply.
