Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit clients at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth.
- Work 2-20 hours weekly in 2-4 hour shifts starting after 3 pm during the school year and as early as 8:30 am during the summer.
- Services are available any day of the week to accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients.
- Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan:
- Environmental arrangement.
- Proactive strategies.
- Acquisition of functional skills (including ADL’s).
- Reduction of problem behaviors.
- Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines.
- Comply with service authorization timelines.
- Engage in crisis intervention, recognition, and intervention.
- Follow and implement agency policies.
- Participate in required trainings.

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Behavioral Technician Certification.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Initiative to frequently check emails for admin communications.
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
- Pass all state and federal background checks.
