Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Spherion WI & Northern IL is looking for a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to join their high-energy team in Rockford. The ideal candidate will support the recruiting team with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding operations.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates smoothly through the application, screening, and interview process.
• Communicate effectively with applicants and employees in both English and Spanish via phone, text, and email.
• Care for pre-employment steps, including onboarding paperwork, background checks, and first-day details.
• Create and manage compelling job postings across various platforms to attract top local talent.
• Aid with day-to-day front office administrative tasks and deliver exceptional service to clients and visitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, staffing, or human resources preferred.
• Highly organized with a natural ability to multitask, a tech-savvy mindset, and a dependable, service-oriented attitude.

$45,000 - $52,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Schedule

Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
