Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Sources candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviews candidates via phone or video call to assess their fit for the role.
• Prepares job descriptions and job postings for Spanish-speaking markets.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
• Manages candidate relationships and follows up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in bilingual environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

Pay
