Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screens resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role.
- Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay
$60,000 to $80,000 per year
