About the Role

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is the largest network of Joint Commission-accredited treatment centers and a national leader in opioid addiction treatment services. With over 116 locations across 24 states, we serve more than 42,000 patients through evidence-based, compassionate care. We are seeking a high-energy, mission-driven recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a key role in supporting our treatment centers by hiring essential staff such as counselors, nurses, and clinical support roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned field locations, working closely with local leadership to ensure we’re bringing in the best talent to serve our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Candidate Management: Manage full-cycle recruiting for field-based roles including counselors, nurses, and support staff. Partner with hiring leaders at treatment centers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Post jobs, proactively source candidates, screen applicants, and present qualified candidates. Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage a smooth, timely hiring process. Extend offers and facilitate pre-hire steps in coordination with HR and onboarding teams.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Building: Actively source passive candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and local networking. Build pipelines for high-demand clinical roles in anticipation of ongoing hiring needs. Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to keep them engaged.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Serve as a recruiting partner to hiring managers, offering guidance on market trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other systems.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required.
  • Experience hiring in healthcare, addiction treatment, or human services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
