Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates (phone, virtual, in-person)
- Post/manage job ads; coordinate interviews with Operations Managers
- Handle onboarding via Paychex, including new-hire orientation (English/Spanish)
- Maintain recruiting reports (time-to-fill, retention, no-shows, etc.)
- Keep applicant/employee data confidential
- Local travel to job sites and hiring events
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1–2 years recruiting/HR/high-volume customer service experience (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; ATS experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check/Drug test
Physical/Schedule
- Some standing/walking, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Occasional early/evening/weekend availability
