Bilingual Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates (phone, virtual, in-person)
• Post/manage job ads; coordinate interviews with Operations Managers
• Handle onboarding via Paychex, including new-hire orientation (English/Spanish)
• Maintain recruiting reports (time-to-fill, retention, no-shows, etc.)
• Keep applicant/employee data confidential
• Local travel to job sites and hiring events

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 1–2 years recruiting/HR/high-volume customer service experience (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; ATS experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check/Drug test

Physical/Schedule

• Some standing/walking, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
• Occasional early/evening/weekend availability
