Position Summary Our client is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to support the Firmwide Operations team that would be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role involves creating and executing talent acquisition strategies, guiding hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and providing a positive candidate experience. The position requires proactive pipelining for future needs, maintaining data integrity within the applicant tracking system, and supporting diversity initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including strategy development and implementation.Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition policies, controls, and procedures.Source and build pipelines of qualified candidates through various channels.Deliver a positive candidate experience with regular and transparent communication.Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers, gathering feedback to refine hiring strategies.Offer innovative solutions to streamline talent acquisition efforts and anticipate organizational needs.Participate in client meetings to stay updated on business changes and act as a subject matter expert for talent acquisition.Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy.Conduct compensation expectation discussions to facilitate offer closures.Support diversity initiatives by educating hiring managers to ensure a diverse candidate slate.Utilize applicant tracking system functionality, ensuring data accuracy and controls. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced corporate setting or staffing agency.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.High attention to detail with a controls mindset and understanding of employment laws and regulations.Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills with a business-focused approach.Previous experience handling sensitive or confidential information.Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within the finance sector or staffing industry.High-volume recruiting experience.
