About the role
The Bilingual RBT Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our clinical teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, is results-driven, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a passion for connecting people with meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for RBT roles across multiple locations
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly hiring targets through strategic sourcing and efficient pipeline management
- Problem-solve and case match – Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to thoughtfully match RBTs with clients based on skills, preferences, and availability, ensuring the best fit for quality care and team synergy
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programs
- Conduct initial video screens
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring goals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Track and report recruitment metrics weekly
- Stay current on industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices in ABA recruiting
- Attend hiring events and proudly represent CS ABA as a brand ambassador
- Meet a minimum of 70% meaningful productivity/utilization rate per day
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or high-volume environments
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated success in achieving weekly and quarterly recruitment goals
- Familiarity with RBT certification requirements and ABA industry standards is a plus
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or high-volume environments
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have a valid RBT certification

Pay
The expected salary range for this role is $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year, and the position is bonus eligible. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
