The Bilingual Project Coordinator role is responsible for managing daily scheduling, team coordination, and ensuring job readiness within a multicultural and bilingual setting. This position is critical for maintaining clear communication between crews, supervisors, builders, and homeowners, facilitating project progress, and supporting operational accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bilingual daily team briefings to review schedules and address questions
• Manage assigned project schedules and coordinate with crews and supervisors
• Confirm job readiness using a text and call method adapted for language needs
• Liaise with field supervisors, inspectors, and builders across English and Spanish speakers
• Monitor crew performance and support training in a bilingual context
• Anticipate material, permit, and inspection requirements collaborating with warehouse and purchasing teams
• Prepare and organize paperwork, plans, and dispatches in both languages
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support and communication

Requirements

• Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, or dispatch within plumbing, construction, or related trades
• Proven skills in job readiness management including materials, permits, and inspections
• Demonstrated leadership and accountability in team management across languages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and field communication tools
• Availability for on-call rotation to handle after-hours emergencies

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 depending on experience
