About the role

The Bilingual Product Support Specialist - FinTech (Spanish) at Moody's supports clients in leveraging Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products to improve their business outcomes. The role involves providing financial and technical product support, assisting with interpretation of product outputs, delivering conceptual solutions, and managing client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial and technical product support to clients using Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products.
  • Aid clients in interpreting product outputs within the context of their financial analysis and credit risk assessments.
  • Deliver conceptual solutions bridging finance knowledge with IT troubleshooting expertise.
  • Support clients on the use of Moody's credit risk and lending products via web, email, and telephone.
  • Communicate effectively and build excellent working relationships with colleagues in Client Service and partner teams.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the sales and training groups regarding client needs, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Originate content for the client Knowledge Base, including finance-focused examples and use cases.
  • Manage and escalate requests appropriately while maintaining ownership of the client interaction and solution delivery.

Requirements

  • General understanding of financial statements and key accounting concepts.
  • Strong customer service skills and an eagerness to excel in a dynamic team.
  • Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem-solving, particularly in technical troubleshooting.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based software (e.g., Excel, Word).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience in financial industry, banking, commercial lending, commercial real estate, or capital markets.
  • Basic knowledge of database administration (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres).
  • Familiarity with credit risk concepts, loan origination processes, and portfolio management.
  • Exposure to financial analytics tools and/or enterprise software platforms.
