Bilingual Phone Sales Representative

We're a growing criminal law firm with 5 offices in Texas, expanding across the state. We believe in the best customer experience for our clients and hire employees to grow with us long-term.

About the role

This is a full-time remote position with a base salary plus bonus. You will take warm consults and convert them into paying clients by following our proven process—focused on relationship building, not aggressive selling. No cold calling is required.

• Handle back-to-back calls for most of the day to increase chances of hitting sales goals
• Follow up with previous consults to maintain relationships and encourage hires
• Ensure CRM activities are handled properly, including clear note documentation for each client interaction
• Work closely with other employees to achieve firm goals and handle additional tasks as needed by supervisors

You will need a strong internet connection and a dependable computer for this remote role.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals over the phone (not a role for rookies or those seeking experience)
• Positive, winning mindset with no tolerance for blaming, whining, or playing the victim
• Passion for sales and continuous improvement
• Coachable and able to take feedback professionally
• Motivated by individual hires, benchmarks, and earning more through performance
• Independent "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work well unsupervised while also being a team player
• Confident and able to speak with leads professionally, representing the firm effectively
• Alignment with firm core values: integrity, energy, strong work ethic, results-driven, and positive attitude
