There is no bureaucracy here—decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.About the RoleLumiMeds is expanding its Professional Corporation (PC) network and is seeking experienced Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality virtual care across multiple U.S. states.We're specifically looking for clinicians who already hold 15 or more active U.S. state licenses, allowing them to immediately support our rapidly growing patient population. This role is ideal for providers with extensive telehealth experience who are comfortable practicing across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining the highest clinical and compliance standards.You'll conduct virtual evaluations, review patient health information, determine appropriate treatment plans using your independent medical judgment, and collaborate with our care coordination team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of telehealth at a rapidly growing company.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous, as applicable)Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory resultsDetermine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate, in accordance with state and federal regulationsProvide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-up care, and treatment adjustments as neededDocument all clinical encounters accurately within the EMRCollaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to support patient adherence and outcomesMaintain compliance with all applicable telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standardsServe as an active clinical member of LumiMeds' Professional Corporation (PC)QualificationsPhysiciansMD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical licenseBoard-certified in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineEligible to practice telemedicine in licensed statesNurse PractitionersActive, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authorityBoard-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)Meets state requirements for telehealth practiceUnder For All Candidates, include:Minimum of 15 active, unrestricted U.S. state licenses required (30+ strongly preferred).Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, with the ability to conduct patient consultations, explain treatment plans, and communicate medical information fluently in both languages.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Ability to provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care to English- and Spanish-speaking patients.What We OfferFully remote with a flexible scheduleAdministrative, care coordination, and operational supportModern EMR and streamlined clinical workflowsOpportunity to help build and scale a physician-led telehealth organizationCompetitive contract or per-visit compensation (role dependent)Important NotesAll clinical decisions, including prescribing, remain solely at the discretion of the licensed provider.LumiMeds does not direct or mandate medical treatment decisions.We are committed to supporting ethical, compliant, evidence-based, patient-first care.
