Bilingual Masters Level Case Planner

About the role

This position involves managing a caseload of approximately 10 children with mental health needs. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide casework and field services, aiming for quick permanency for children in the foster care system.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Bronx, NY.
• Full-time availability Mon-Fri 08:00am-05:00pm.
• Proficiency in a generic child welfare computer system.
• Ability to coordinate Family Team Conferences.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining case records.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Foster care experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Benefits

Salary: $66,400-$68,400 per year
