Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, ensuring safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet goals.
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, cleanliness, crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.
- Train new employees.
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
