Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to ensure standards are met, and manage safety and security.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety and quality production.
• Handle internal communication and customer service.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Manage scheduling and training.

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for management positions.
