Requirements
- Lead shifts every week
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor performance during the shift
- Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Communicate with next Shift Manager
- Meet targets during shifts
- Help assigned Departments meet goals
- Manage inventory, food safety, daily maintenance, and crew
- Train new employees
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience (ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment)
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older
