Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to ensure standards are met, manage safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.
- Train crew members.
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
