The Role
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Cleveland, Ohio.
- Support attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Aiding with case management
Daily responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Organizing case files
- Maintaining communication with clients
- Ensuring timely submissions to courts
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, French or Portuguese in addition to English
- At least one year immigration experience
- Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong Legal Research skills and a thorough understanding of legal processes
- Proficiency in drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in legal case management software and research tools
- Absolutely required: Associates or Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or paralegal certification
- Prior experience in litigation or immigration law is highly preferred
Benefits
The salary is $24-$30 per hour (50,000-$62,000 per year)
